| "Very comfortable, very new and very clean. Pictures don't lie! Everything one needs in a house was there to find. Comfortable kitchen. Bedrooms & bathrooms big enough. Towels, shower/bodylotion, coffee/thee sugar etc. Nothing missing or broken. Alarm protected and a safe. Big private terrass sunside with nice view at the sea. Sea is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Beautifull nature walking area. Very nice and friendly hostess welcomed us with free fruits, big bottle of drinking water and bottle of local white wine. Defenitely will recommend it to family/friends. Car needed for bigger supermarket/Albufeira/discovering Algarve etc. Ours was one floor up, stairs only. Had a very good stay!"

| "je n''ai qu''un seul mot : GENIAL!!!! tout était parfait si vous rêvez de passer des vacances tranquilles avec tout le confort souhaité, c''est l''endroit rêvé!! La propriétaire est vraiment très sympa et passe souvent voir si tout va bien, le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours, serviettes changées chaque jour, et piscine à l''arrière top!!!"

| Hallo Frau Coelho,
wir sind gut wieder in Deutschland angekommen und der Alltag hat uns wieder.
Gerne und sehr oft denken wir an unseren diesjährigen Urlaub, den wir an der wunderschönen Algarve und in Ihrer tollen Wohnung verbracht haben.
Auf dem Wege möchte ich mich auch im Namen meiner Familie noch einmal für alles bei Ihnen Bedanken.

| Great Holiday |
| Just to let you know how much we all enjoyed our holiday in the villa. We all had a wonderful time , and were very much impressed by the new pool and gardens,and the baby learned to swim!! | The nicest accommodation we have been to! |
| Having just returned, I would like you to know that we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying at your property, hopefully if all goes well we would probably like to come back around the same time next year.
The location suits us, being able to walk to the beach and not being too far from the airport makes a difference.
The actual apartment furnishings etc were beautiful, the garden and pool area were just perfect and not too busy.
We have been going to Portugal for about 25 years and I thought you would like to know that your accommodation, although a bit more expensive than the others, has been the nicest we have been to.
We hope the rest of the year is successful for you.

| Traumwohnung |
| Die Wohnung ist sowohl in der Aufteilung als auch in der Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplant. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Alles einschließlich der Gartenanlage und des Schwimmbads ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnanlage liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und daher sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar, die Betreuung optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden in Kürze erneut hier Urlaub machen. |

| Sehr schöne Anlage |
| Wir sind schon überall in Ferienwohnungen gewesen, dass hier war mit Abstand die schönste u. beste Wohnung mit bestem Komfort.
Nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter die uns sehr gut betreut haben.
Dort werden wir sicherlich nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen. |

Wir haben die Zeit wieder sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl und willkommen bei Ihnen gefühlt. Die Überlassung der unteren Wohnung am letzten Tag und den Kauf der Babywanne haben wir nicht als selbstverständlich angesehen und uns sehr darüber gefreut.

Os proprietários são muitíssimo atenciosos, a limpeza geral da moradia é muito boa,está muito bem equipada em termos de electrodomésticos e aparelhos electrónicos (moderna) e tem pormenores que revelam a atenção prestada aos inquilinos pelos proprietários. A localização é perfeita, sendo perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo num espaço muito calmo e relaxante. As áreas exteriores são também magníficas. A repetir, com certeza."

| "Appartement en parfait état (2008 construction) très moderne pour la décoration, superbe terrasse ensoleillée donnant sur le jardin, superbe piscine. Dans le jardin tout est fait pour pouvoir passer de bonnes vacances, transats, endroit pour faire des grillades, table pour enfants et jouets. L'appartement est nettoyé par une femme de ménage. Il est situé à 400 m de la plage, accès direct de l'appartement. Nous avons été très contents de notre séjour et la propriétaire est très accueillante, un panier de fruits et un bouteille nous attendait à notre venue, en plus elle a un très bon restaurant gastronimique proche de la résidence. Nous reviendrons sans hésitez. En plus, les portuguais sont très accueillants et ont le sens du service."

| Der Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Wohnung lässt von der Ausstattung, vom Interrieur wirkliche keine Wünsche offen, Klimaanlage gibt es sogar im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute und gehen mit viel Hilfsbereitschaft auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Wenn ich wiederkomme, werde ich wenn möglich genau hier wieder wohnen. Danke nochmals und bis zum nächsten Mal. |

| "Es perfecta: ubicación, contenido, decoración, entorno. La persona de contacto, Monika, es muy amable. Hacen limpieza cada dos días, más que de sobra. Revisad vuestro GPS antes de ir, ya que no es exáctamente en Albufeira, si no en Sesmarias. Mi consejo: id a la Marina, y tomad la calle que sale a mano derecha en la rotonda interior. Una vez allí seguid indicación de Playa de San Rafael - Restaurante O'Marineiro - Playa Coelho.

| Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'environnement calme à proximité de la mer, la terrasse, la piscine et l'appartement très agréable à vivre (Equipement neuf, décoration soignée, prestations de ménage tous les deux jours). L'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel privilégié à proximité d'Albufeira. L'accueil assuré par la propriétaire est très professionnel et nous vous recommandons vivement le restaurant des propriétaires (Excellent rapport qualité/Prix) situé dans ce même quartier."

| «Estive hospedado na casa uma semana, onde gozei umas excelentes ferias. Desde a chegada, onde fomos muito bem recebidos pela D. Monica até ao minimo detalhe da saída tudo estava impecável. O apartamento está equipado com tudo o que necessitamos para nos sentirmos em casa e tem uma excelente piscina de agua muito limpida e temperada. Ao redor da casa é tudo muito calmo e a escassos metros de uma optima praia ( coelha ). A nível de limpeza é do melhor já que fazem limpeza três vezes por semana.O acesso é facil e por estradas boas. Gostamos muito e esperamos voltar.»

| Was können wir mehr erwarten? |
| Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Wir wurden von einer charmanten Gastgeberin begrüsst. In der Wohnung warteten einige netten Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Wohnung ist äusserst sauber, excellent gestaltet, modern mit sehr viel Flair eingerichtet. Das herrliche Schwimbad hat meine beiden Töchter begeistert, während wir unsere Ruhe im Aussenbereich geniessen konnten. Nur wenige Auto-Minuten vom pulsierenden Herz von Albufeira entfernt liegt die Wohnung in einer Oase der Ruhe, nahe vom schönen Strand 'Praia da Coelha'. Lassen sie sich vom Küchenchef des zugehörenden Restaurants verwöhnen. Alle Ingredienten sind somit enthalten um einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu verbringen. |

| "We had just arrived from Spain where we had spent about 2 weeks staying at four different sets of apartments. we found the accommodation at Albufeira to be more luxurious, far better quality in fittings, furniture etc plus a far more friendly welcome. If we could have changed our holiday in hindsight, we would have stayed longer and enjoyed the facilities more"
